The Persian Great King and driver in chariot drawn by two horses left; Phoenician 'B above; behind, attendant (Abdashtart II?) standing left, holding scepter and vase. Betlyon 35. HGC 10, 260. Lightly toned and with excellent details. Faint scratches and light deposits, otherwise, very fine.

From a German collection, privately acquired from Dr. Michael Brandt in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
